Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Takedown Notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and notify the user who posted the material that we have done so.
Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on My URL Value was removed or disabled in error as a result of a DMCA Takedown Notice, you may submit a Counter-Notification by providing the following information to our designated Copyright Agent:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled (such as the specific URL of the content).
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Counter-Notification, we will promptly forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA Takedown Notice. If the original claimant does not file a lawsuit within 10 business days, we will restore the removed content or cease disabling access to it.
Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to terminate user accounts or block access for users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright laws.
